If you like bar food and beer then Boneshakers is a good place at sunset and Park: main courses are different Mac and Cheese

Jamie's: looks like a dump, fresh daily smoked turkey and brisket that's out of this world.

I think that Jamie's was on Diners Drive-in and Dives.

Yep. Jamie's, Dad's and Squeeze Inn have been on D,D,andD's. When they did Man V. Food, they were at the state fair, Jim Denny's, and a hot dog place out in Roseville.

For those of you out in the Roseville area, definitely hit High Hand Nursery / Conservatory in Loomis. They make awesome food in a very nice setting.

This is why I started the thread because it would take me years to find all these places. I like Claim Jumpers, widow maker burger is always solid or sometimes my wife and I split an Ore Cart (ribs + chicken + sides).

My daughter is a rib and chicken wing fanatic (at age 5) so we have been playing around with recipes at home and checking out good BBQ places, she loves Back 40 (Walnut Creek/San Ramon) and Claim Jumpers. We also just found out that my son DESTROYS corn on the cob, he went through 2 1/2 full ears the other day (at age 3).

I would but I like to actually talk to people when I go to restaurants with them and Yard House bumps the tunes way louder than anywhere that's not a club has an excuse to. (Yeah I know that makes me sound like an old man haha.) Good beer, though, I just wish the dining experience was a bit more my style.
