Hey everyone!!! It's been a LOOOOONG time since I've been here (almost a year). Overall, I've been heavily focused on school and then I was flown out to Ft Knox, Ky to learn a new job skill... Anyways, I'm back and hope to hear and see you all soon! Talk to you all soon!!!

I'm closer to Temecula now. I had to move on account of school. But I'll do my best to be there! =D

When/where is the chino hills meet? I tried going to it before, but I didn't see anyone. Wondering if I was in a different location.

Ha! That that was a while ago!!! Well, I'm out from under the rock bed, but Jessica (MS6) is still under the weather... However, thanks to a number of MOCC members, I've been pointed into the right direction towards getting her back up and running... Apparently I bent a rod... We'll see once we've opened her up and looked inside. I'm basing everything on what Mazda told me after they tried getting me to trade her in for a regular 6... Yeesh!!!

I think so... I'm going through gpwerks to get the engine. He's doing the engine work, and I have a place in Esco that I can go to to lift the car up and all that... I will keep you in mind when I start this whole 3 ring circus act.
Thank you.

Dont want to lift it to get motor out, Pull off radiator support, Slight lift motor comes out straight. Just some work underside. (if you go from bottom, have to remove subframe). Up worked for me on Jonathon's.

So it's been a good while since I've been on here, but I have an update!!! I have my engine and now I'm working on the final touches in parts. These are the problems I have:
-Should I rebuild or go for a new turbo?
-What turbo to go for? I'm only shooting for 350hp (tops), and I'm not looking towards moding the engine out to an extreme. I'm thinking FMIC, DP and turbo with a tune.
-Pulling the engine apart, I noticed the connector to my alternator had melted away... What to do about this??? Buy new alternator or can I find the connector easily?
- Smogging... I'm late on smogging it and the car is not driveable. Any advice?
I'm going to open the floor to anyone who can answer any of these questions. Any assistance would be of great help to a great cause - the reconstruction of my baby.

Smog you can apply for PNO and there is a form to fill out after it is due to let them know the car has not been driveable. I did it for my Galant VR4 that has been down for over a year.

Just an update on Jessica:
Turbo was shipped for core charge to BNR. My stage 3 ships Wednesday.
Bought DP and FP from speed666. Funds transferred over last week. Waiting for confirmation and when parts will ship.
Alternator seems to be fine and the connector can still be used. I just have to re-pin it. My brother-in-law said he would take care of it.

It's a used fuel pump. But it's being installed the same time as everything else.
